A One-Woman Show

My absolute favorite part of being an Artist is the creative process- those weeks before delivery when I am able to escape to my office with a cup of coffee and just design. The creative process also just so happens to be the most hectic part for me. CK.Creations is run by one coffee loving blonde. The person that you initially inquire with for a project is the same woman that processes the orders, creates the products, ships out said order- all while working pop-ups and managing the social media account and financial aspects of the business. While I am extremely grateful for the brand I have created, I am busier than I ever anticipated.  

With that being said, I ask that all clients give an appropriate amount of time for turnaround on all projects. Prior to COVID-19 the timeline for completion on most projects was 4-6 weeks, however with the current state of things I am asking for an additional two weeks. There are numerous ways to get in contact with me if you have questions regarding an order- below are some friendly reminders when inquiring about projects, deadlines and general questions. 

I strive to give every client the most professional experience possible and I ask that you do the same. I think in life it is important to establish boundaries early on. In my working relationships with my clients the number one thing I ask is that you be respectful.  If harassment should occur it is just cause for termination of contract of which no funds shall be released to the client. If anyone associated with CK.Creations LLC experiences harassment at any point during the creative process it is their right to cease all communication with the client.  I ask that you be prompt in your requests involving projects; last minute changes and modifications may not be honored. I ask that you be mindful of your language and present yourself in an appropriate manner. If any concerns should arise at any point during the creative process please feel free to contact me via email and please allow 1-2 business days for response. 

It is also important that we establish proper etiquette in regard to communication. As previously stated, CK is a single individual creating, managing and delivering. Therefore, I will treat DM/PMs the same as emails and reserve the right to respond within 48 hours. Status inquiry will also follow this same format and should be given 48 hours for response as well. Please also allow extra time for response due to COVID-19.
